At the end of the consultation process, the design lead can populate all data and will create an initial draft layout of the space, so this can be evaluated by our technical team in order to identify any possible challenges or clashes with the characteristics of the space. This preliminary review of the technical elements of the project early into the process are the key to a successful delivery of the project, whilst ensuring the solutions proposed meet all regulatory requirements.
Our team will then present a full design pack where we will showcase a detailed layout proposal, visuals and mock ups that will bring the overall concept of your project to life. A preliminary budget proposal is also created, so you can have a complete overview of the costings.
Once the preliminary concept and budget has been assigned, we can start working to fully define the project and generate the full detailed design.
