We begin by meeting with our clients to fully understand their needs and objectives. This includes reviewing any available information, such as existing designs or project scopes, and identifying any other details required to get started.
Concept & Design
If a design is already in place, we carefully review it to ensure everything is complete and accurate. For international clients or designers outside the UK, we refine and detail available documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements.
Development & Planning
If the client only has an idea, we create a comprehensive proposal that captures all their requirements. Once the design is complete, we prepare a detailed proposal for the client to review, amend, and approve.
Execution & Delivery
As the main contractor, we take full responsibility for the project, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently. We maintain open communication with regular updates, handle health and safety requirements, and liaise with local authorities as needed. The project is delivered according to the approved scope and timeline, with any changes documented in regular reporting.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance
Even after project completion, we remain available to assist with any additional needs. This includes addressing Day 2 requirements, providing facilities management, and offering aftercare services such as set-ups, relocations, or IT moves.
