We’re proud to share that Shakery Group has been appointed as Project Manager for the building upgrades of a multi-tenant office building on Dominion Street, London, spanning nine floors of workspace.

Our role covers the Landlord’s Project Management of a complete HVAC replacement project, as well as managing a series of wider building upgrades, ensuring the property aligns with modern standards of performance, energy efficiency and tenant experience.

The HVAC upgrade project is due to be completed over the next 15 months, during which Shakery Group will manage all tenants’ internal relocations to ensure a seamless project delivery from start to finish.

Alongside these works, Shakery Group will provide feasibility studies for the complete refurbishment of the vacant floors within the building to maximise occupancy and upgrade the spaces to achieve more modern and efficient workspaces.
