Shakery Group was engaged by a Local Main contractor to deliver a modern and functional CAT B refurbishment for a large international tech business in Hertfordshire. With the design vision already established by the client’s design team, our role was to transform this concept into reality, delivering a workspace that meets both aesthetic and operational needs.
Client Brief, the project
Over a 12-week programme, Shakery Group managed and executed a series of critical tasks to modernise the designated floor. These included:
· Complete strip-out works
· Enabling works for Air conditioning and fire alarm adaptations
· Partition installation
· Replacement of all ceiling tiles
Throughout the process, our team worked closely with building control authorities to ensure every aspect of the project adhered to the latest regulations. This included obtaining essential sign-offs and certifications at key stages, ensuring a smooth and compliant delivery.
